When I first began, I was shocked by the complete lack of information and resources available to support my clients.

What I have learned over the years is that there is so much that can be done to improve bone strength and allow my clients to live a full active life. We have changed lives and in the end the osteoporosis diagnosis became the catalyst for people to make many positive changes in their lives that improved their bones and overall health, reduced their stress, and increased their happiness.
