Time and again I met intelligent, motivated individuals doing everything they could to heal themselves – but instead, put themselves at greater risk for bone loss and fractures without even knowing it.
No one was giving them the bigger picture!
They increased their risk of spinal fractures because they just didn’t have the proper guidance on exercise…
…they took supplements that didn’t deliver the results they desired…
…and they knew nothing of how to use nutrition to build stronger bones.
What I have learned over the years is that there is so much that can be done to improve bone strength and allow my clients to live a full active life. The key is taking an integrative approach that includes looking at the root causes of osteoporosis, nutrition, exercise, as well as stress reduction and happiness. Over the years, I’ve seen this approach transform the lives of thousands of people…
…and yet, I know that millions of people still suffer from bone loss and fractures that could have been prevented. It breaks my heart, how many people are withering away in nursing homes, trapped in failing bodies…simply because they weren’t given the resources and direction they needed to thrive.
That’s why I decided to make it my personal mission to provide the knowledge, tools, and community to as many people as I can so that they can transform their fear into empowerment and live the active, healthy lives they deserve.
I have held three international summits on Natural Approaches to Osteoporosis and Bone Health. I have brought world renowned experts to my online community to share their knowledge and wisdom. The response has been overwhelming. We have changed lives and in the end the osteoporosis diagnosis became the catalyst for people to make many positive changes in their lives that improved their bones and overall health, reduced their stress, and increased their happiness.
