Meet Margie

I’m Margie Bissinger. I’m a physical therapist and integrative health coach. I’ve devoted the past 25 years of my life to guiding patients and clients on their path to strong bones and a healthy lifestyle.

When I first began, I was shocked by the complete lack of information and resources available to support my clients.

Time and again I met intelligent, motivated individuals doing everything they could to heal themselves – but instead, put themselves at greater risk for bone loss and fractures without even knowing it.

What I have learned over the years is that there is so much that can be done to improve bone strength and allow my clients to live a full active life. The key is taking an integrative approach that includes looking at the root causes of osteoporosis, nutrition, exercise, as well as stress reduction and happiness.

SUCCESS STORIES

“I just loved Margie’s integrated approach to osteoporosis! I am a very active person but before taking this course, I didn’t realize that I was doing the wrong kind of exercises and in fact I was damaging my bones!” –Carol F.
“Engaging and EASY to follow videos that helped lessen the tension on my body and the stress in my head. The benefits from this program are impressive. In addition to helping my bones, I have learned to use those tools in lightening the daily heaviness of each day. I thank you for that, Margie.” –Amy M.
“Margie is one in a million! I sought her expertise when diagnosed with osteoporosis in my 50’s. Margie suggested posture and strengthening exercises, diet changes, and presented a whole new outlook on wellness. She is an excellent listener, positive, energetic, and very knowledgeable. If you are looking to take control of your own health, you can’t find a better coach!” –Barbara B.
