Duff McDonald is a writer. He has written on a variety of subjects, from business to culture. His stories have been published in Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, The Wall Street Journal magazine, WIRED, GQ, Time, and others.

He has written several books including the best-selling book The Firm, The Story of McKinsey, and Its Secret Influence on American Business.

During quarantine, Duff started examining his life – and discovered how he can bring joy and love into his life by starting to live in the present moment. His latest book, Tickled: A Commonsense Guide to the Present Moment, contains many life lessons that Duff explains to us in this episode.
