I have begun reading your book “Rebuild your Bones”, the 12-week Protocol. At the end of the first chapter you mention that a vital party of the book are the videos (“On the Couch”) chats at the site, “RebuildYourBones.com.” I regret to say that I was unable to find these chats. I did find something called episodes, but that didn’t sound like what you were talking about with the “On the Couch” sessions. Can you please help me on this? — Thanks, Arnold
