I like to sweeten the oatmeal with raw organic honey and put some sliced bananas on top. If you have any issues with blood sugar, I would omit the fruit and use stevia to sweeten. The oatmeal can be refrigerated and used for up to 5 days. Just add an equal amount of water as you have oatmeal then mix, and reheat it on the stove. Enjoy!
